At Animech, we combine engineering, design, and cutting-edge 3D technology to create world-leading visualization tools and configurators for established and growing brands.   A Note on Timing & Recruitment Status  We want to be transparent: We are not actively recruiting for an immediate start. But we want to start conversations with passionate developers who are interested in 3D and cutting-edge web technologies and who might be interested in joining us early fall 2026.    About the Role(s)  We expect the future role(s) to be part of our Client Delivery team, working on state-of-the-art real-time 3D configurators and web solutions for exciting brands and projects. 

We’re also open to different seniority levels — from Developer to Senior Developer — and are happy to shape the role together depending on your experience, interests, and strengths. 

• As a Developer, you’ll focus on building scalable, efficient code and delivering high-quality user experiences. 
• As a Senior Developer, you’ll take greater ownership, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor colleagues, and engage more deeply in client communication and project planning.    What We’re Looking For  We value curiosity, creativity, and a passion for technology. To give you some more insight into the skills we are looking for, we have compiled two lists – they should offer you a high-level picture of the profile we think will be a fit for us: 

Core Skills (for all levels): 

• Strong experience in modern web development (React, Angular, or Vue). 

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS/SCSS. 

• Interest or experience in real-time 3D technologies (Babylon.js, Three.js, WebGL, PlayCanvas). 

• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. 

• Collaborative mindset and good communication skills.     Additional Skills (especially relevant for senior profiles): 

• Experience with architecture and design of web applications. 

• Mentoring and coaching team members. 

• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD. 

• Knowledge of linear algebra (vectors, matrices) and 3D engines like Unreal or Unity.
